All products sold on Vitaliteen are digital and delivered electronically via download links. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the sale is considered final, and no refunds can be issued.

- eBooks: All eBook purchases are non-refundable after the download link has been sent or accessed.
2. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In some cases, we may offer a refund or exchange, but this is determined at our discretion. Exceptions include:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once, please contact us, and we will offer a refund for the duplicate purchase.

4. Processing Time for Refunds
